I then apply my ability to analyze crop production, costs, inputs and returns of an Ag property to the benefit of the investor or farmer, while analyzing fair market value for both the buyer and seller. Additionally, my years of experience of working within the Farm Credit System gives me a competitive advantage by offering you a better understanding of the terms a typical buyer may encounter when seeking financing to purchase their property.
