What is the ARA Designation?
An appraiser who has received the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation is trained and tested to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge necessary to tackle a wide spectrum of real estate valuation assignments with specialization in rural and agricultural properties. It is the highest and only designation conferred to rural appraisers by the ASFMRA.
