Matt Pennebaker founded Advanced Ag Realty & Appraisal in 2015, drawing on nearly two decades of experience in agricultural valuation. After years as an appraiser with a private firm and then with Fresno-Madera Farm Credit, Matt recognized a need for an independent, locally-owned firm that could serve Central Valley farmers with the depth of expertise they deserved — and the personal accountability that only a family-run business can provide.
Matt grew up in Reedley in the Navelencia area, where he ran cattle in his younger years and developed a firsthand understanding of what it means to steward agricultural land. After earning his degree from Fresno State, he built his career in appraisal before broadening his practice to include real estate brokerage — creating a one-stop firm for buyers, sellers, and anyone who needs a credible, court-defensible valuation.
